
Electroporator Nepa21
The Nepagene electroporator enables high-efficiency transfection of hard-to-transfect cells, including primary, stem, and immune cells. Utilizing a 4-step pulse technology with voltage decay, it enhances transfection efficiency and cell viability without requiring special buffers. The poring pulse forms cell membrane pores with minimal damage, while the polarity-exchanged poring pulse improves tissue transfection.
